The Roemans Band Members
The band was made of 5 members:
Lanny Langford (Lead Vocals),
Bertie Higgins (Drummer),
Bo Glover (Lead Guitar),
Ronnie Swartzkopf (Rythm Guitar),
Joe Pappalardo (Bass Guitar).
Joe Pappalardo was later replaced by Berry Oakley when Joe was drafted to the Vietnam war. Lanny Langford was killed in a car crash in Tarpon Springs at the age of 24 in 1969.
Berry Oakley went on to join the band know as "The Allman Brothers Band". Bertie Higgins put down his drum stick to play the guitar and wrote "Key Largo".
